How It All Started

AnalyticsX began as a data and analytics consulting company, helping organisations unlock the value of their data through data engineering, cloud solutions, business intelligence, and advanced analytics. By designing scalable data platforms and delivering strategic insights, we enabled businesses to make smarter decisions, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation across multiple industries.

As we partnered with businesses, we recognised that technology alone was not enough to solve the challenges faced by small and growing enterprises. This led us to build Spaza Eats, a platform created to empower township businesses through digital commerce. As we gained a deeper understanding of the needs of merchants, our vision evolved beyond e-commerce into financial infrastructure. Spaza Eats was transformed into MyXpay, a regulated fintech platform focused on digital payments, merchant services, lending, insurance, and financial inclusion, creating the tools businesses need to grow and thrive.

Building on our expertise in technology, data, and financial systems, AnalyticsX expanded into the mining sector through Kanana Mining. We recognised that Africa's natural resources, when combined with modern technology, responsible governance, and sustainable investment, could create lasting economic value. Today, AnalyticsX operates as a diversified technology group, combining data engineering, fintech, and mining to build businesses that solve real-world challenges while contributing to inclusive economic growth across Africa
