How It All Started

Founded in 2017, AnalyticsX has evolved from a technology and data business into a diversified group that builds, invests in, acquires and scales businesses and strategic assets across Africa.

Our experience operating at the intersection of technology, commerce and entrepreneurship has shaped a broader investment thesis: Africa's growth will require capital, financial infrastructure, technology and access to its natural resources.

Through MYXPAY, We are building financial infrastructure for Africa's merchants, SMEs and emerging businesses.

MYXPAY brings together payments, POS, merchant services, lending, insurance and commerce technology into an integrated financial ecosystem.

The platform evolved from Spaza Eats, which was created to connect township businesses to digital commerce, and has grown into a broader financial infrastructure business serving the needs of independent merchants and SMEs.

MINING

Through Kanana Mining, We are developing a natural resources assets and commodities platform focused on strategic African mineral resources, including anthracite, chrome and copper.

The business operates across the resource value chain, including mining, commodity supply, trading and export, with the objective of connecting African resources to regional and international markets.

TECHNOLOGY

Technology remains an important capability across the AnalyticsX group.

We deploy AI, data and digital infrastructure to improve operational efficiency, strengthen our businesses and create new opportunities across financial services, commerce, mining and commodities.

Our portfolio includes gold, anthracite coal, aluminium bauxite, chrome, and copper, providing exposure to a diversified range of commodities that serve critical sectors such as infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, steel production, transportation, and advanced technologies. This diversified resource base reflects our long-term commitment to building sustainable mineral assets with significant commercial potential.
